Ever After Decorating was established in 2003, it is a special event décor, floral, and catering service that is owned and operated by Amanda Guenette. Ever After Decorating services the entire Upper Peninsula and Northern WI. Our shop is located in Escanaba, Michigan. With 13 employees and an inventory nearing the half million dollar mark, Ever After Decorating is able to offer a wide variety of rentals and services.
Whether your event is small and informal or a grand affair, you will be very pleased with our ever changing ideas and sense of style.
Our specialty is weddings but we do offer rentals for whatever your needs may be, such as an anniversary party, prom, or class reunion.

Hello, thank you for stopping by to visit my site. My name is Amanda
Guenette, owner of Ever After Decorating. I'd like to tell you a little bit about my business and what I offer, so you can decide if this is something that may be of assistance to you.

I offer several different types of services; wedding décor, flowers, and catering. Our services include delivery (but we do charge to go out of town), set up, and take down. We have different options for each client depending on what their needs may be. I believe each client has a different vision; some may need a lot of assistance while others just need a little bit of help. Whatever your needs may be, I would love the opportunity to assist you.

When looking to hire a wedding vendor there should be certain criteria you are looking for. Is this someone you can trust, is this someone who is willing to help you out above and beyond, will they truly listen to your wishes, are they willing to show you items ahead of time, let you see a mock set up, sample what they are offering. To me the number one thing for me to remember is that I am here to serve you. It's not about what I like or want; it's about what you want and making you happy. It's about seeing your dream come true, that is simply my goal. You will receive the best customer service from me that I know how to provide. For I believe without you, there is no me; so I always to do my very best to assist my clients.

I work a lot with brides and their budgets. I understand each couple has a budget that needs to be followed; I also believe each client has a different vision, so one persons needs may vary drastically to the next. No matter what your vision or budget is, I'd love the opportunity to assist you.

Once you have contacted me and explained your interests, we will set up a time to meet at my shop. It helps me out a lot if you have your colors picked out before hand, that is a pretty big part of your wedding when it comes to selecting décor and flowers. I assist a lot of brides from out of town as well, sometimes this involves a lot of emails, phone calls, and phone tag but it is certainly doable. A lot of our clients, especially those out of town, find it very convenient to have us do both their wedding décor and flowers, it simply makes it easier for them and they can be assured everything will coordinate smoothly.

At our meeting we will go through a Questionnaire that allows you to completely customize each area of your reception. I then follow up with an outline and quote for each service we are providing you with, this provides you with all the details of what your services include along with individual pricing. Once you are ready to secure your date you will be required to put down a down payment of $300 for décor, $100 for floral, and $500 for catering. Keep in mind you don't have to take all three services, you may need just a caterer, or just a florist, whatever works for you Once your down payments have been received your service, date, and rentals will be secured. If your services total less than $400 you will be requested to put 25% down rather than the amounts listed above.

If you decide to book with Ever After Decorating we will be in constant communication. After you receive your initial outline you can notify me at any time of revisions you have, you can do this by email, phone, text, or a follow up review meeting. Each time you make changes, I revise your outline and send you an updated one until we have it just the way you want it. For my clients requesting a very minimal service we may only meet once, for example if the client just needs to rent chair covers but for a more detailed wedding we may meet 6 times, whatever it takes to make you comfortable that everything is all set and in place.
