- Can I choose from any of the items on the website to customize my package?
You can choose from any items you see on the website for you package except chair covers, fresh flower centerpieces, table covers, and ceiling treatments. All other items, no matter what the price is, you can choose when customizing your package.
- Can I rent just individual items?
The answer is yes, you can rent any item on the website for the price listed. Whether your needs are great or small, we are here to assist you.
- How does the process work of booking you?
First of all we set up a time that is convenient for both of us to do a consultation, which is free. At the consultation we will sit down and you can decide whether you want a package or just individual items. If you are getting a package we will go through a questionnaire. I will ask you how you want each area of your reception decorated and you will be able to choose from hundreds of items. If you are picking out individual items, some times it is not necessary to meet, most clients just notify me of what they would like to rent. After this, within one weeks you will receive an outline stating how every thing will be done and a quote. You will be able to make any changes you like up unit one month prior to the date of your event, unless a special order has all ready been made to fulfill your needs. Two months prior to the date of your event you will receive a invoice that will be due one month prior to the date of your event. After you mail your payment in, within one week you will receive a receipt and a confirmation as to when we will arrive to set up.
- Do you have other items than just the white banquet linens?
There are many options available for linens, overlays, and table runners. They are not listed on Rentals Page of the website because quantities and constantly changing to suit the needs of our clients and it would be hard to keep it updated. If you are interested in renting any of these items, please contact Amanda at any time for a quote.
- Do you charge to go out of town?
We do charge an out of town travel charge if we are going farther than 20 miles from Escanaba. Please keep in mind that I am required by federal law to pay my employee's from the time they leave my shop until the time they return. With fuel cost being so high and having to pay traveling labor I have no choice but to charge to go out of town. To give you a general idea I charge $250 for out of town travel if we are pulling our 16' trailer to go to Manistique, Munising, Marquette, Ishpeming, Iron Mountain, Marinette, Menominee, Peshtigo. If we are certain that we can use our cargo van rather than pulling a trailer, this charge lessons to $150.
- Are there any hidden cost?
We do charge a 10% overhead charge on all decor invoices. This overhead charge helps cover a large variety of expenses such as workman's comp insurance, liability insurance, taxes, unemployment, rent, breakage and loss.
